Thank you, Orange City
We enjoyed being part of the Halloween Boo-Lock Party in Orange City. Thank you to the City of Orange City for organizing the event and to everyone who stopped by. Seeing the costumes and meeting people was a welcome way to celebrate together. This page is a look back at that community evening and the photographs we shared from it, rather than an announcement for a future event.

We also want to recognize Katie and Sean for the work they put into the event. Our original post thanked them because their help mattered to our participation. That appreciation belongs alongside the photographs and the thank-you to the community. What changes when the roof comes off?
Replacement is an opportunity to evaluate the complete assembly. The proposal should distinguish the visible roof covering from the underlayment, deck work, flashing, ventilation and cleanup. Those details explain what you are buying more clearly than the shingle brand alone.
When the existing roof is removed
The condition beneath the covering becomes easier to evaluate. Ask how any damaged decking will be photographed and priced, and what approval is required before the scope changes. Keep an agreed unit price or written change process alongside the base proposal.
