Who we are

Pinnacle Roofing Group LLC ("Pinnacle," "we," "us") is a Florida licensed roofing contractor (license CCC1332542) based at 403 Chairman Court, Suite 1, DeBary, FL 32713. This policy explains what information we collect through pinnacleroofinggroup.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you request an inspection, ask a question, refer a neighbor, or apply for a job, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, street address, city, state and ZIP code, notes about your roof, and for referrals, the name and contact details of the person you refer. For job applications we collect the work history and contact details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. If you arrive from an advertisement or a campaign link, we record the campaign identifiers in that link (for example utm parameters and advertising click IDs) in a first-touch cookie named pinnacle_ft that lasts 90 days, so we know which marketing brought you to us.

Call tracking

Phone numbers shown on the Site may be dynamic tracking numbers provided by CallRail. When you call, CallRail records the number you called from, the time, and the marketing source that showed you the number. Calls to these numbers may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training and record keeping. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the person who answers and we will note the call instead.

Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. Google sets cookies and receives technical information about your visit. Some pages load maps or fonts from Google only when you choose to use them.

How we use your information

To contact you about the inspection, estimate, referral, or job you asked about.
To schedule and perform roofing work, prepare proposals, and keep job records.
To register manufacturer warranties on your behalf when you buy a roof from us.
To answer questions and provide customer service.
To understand which marketing brings homeowners to us and to improve the Site.
To send service updates and, with your consent, promotional messages.
To comply with Florida licensing, permitting, tax and record keeping requirements, and to protect our legal rights.

Calls and text messages

When you submit a form that includes your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Pinnacle Roofing Group at that number about your request, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call (386) 631-5566 or email cs@pinnacleroofinggroup.com to change how we contact you.

If you tick the box to receive other communications, we may also send occasional offers and news. You can opt out at any time and it will not affect any service you have requested.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only as needed to run our business:

Service providers who work on our behalf: our customer relationship system (Roofr) and the automation service that delivers your request to it (Zapier), our call tracking provider (CallRail), our website host (Cloudflare), analytics and tag management (Google), and email and scheduling tools.
Manufacturers such as TAMKO when we register a product or system warranty for your roof.
Financing partners, only when you ask us about financing and only the information needed to start that conversation.
Insurers and adjusters, only when you ask us to document a claim for you.
Permitting authorities as required to pull and close permits for your project.
Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Pinnacle, our customers or others.
Business transfers: if Pinnacle is sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Cookies and your choices

The Site uses a small number of cookies: the pinnacle_ft first-touch cookie described above, cookies set by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and cookies set by CallRail to connect your visit to your call. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work, although we may not know which marketing brought you here. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How long we keep information

We keep inspection requests and job records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Florida contractor, warranty, tax and legal requirements, which can be several years after a project is complete. Marketing attribution records are kept for up to three years. Call recordings are kept according to our provider's retention settings, generally no longer than two years. You can ask us to delete information sooner, subject to records we are required to keep.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections to the Site and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

The Site is for adults arranging roofing work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights and requests

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email cs@pinnacleroofinggroup.com or call (386) 631-5566 and we will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Florida residents and residents of other states with privacy laws have these rights under those laws; we extend the same choices to everyone.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will post a notice on the Site or contact you.
