Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of pinnacleroofinggroup.com (the "Site"), operated by Pinnacle Roofing Group LLC ("Pinnacle," "we," "us"), a Florida licensed roofing contractor, license CCC1332542, located at 403 Chairman Court, Suite 1, DeBary, FL 32713. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is informational
Content on the Site, including guides, articles, material comparisons, pricing ranges, and the roof explorer, is general information for Central Florida homeowners. It is not a diagnosis of your roof, an engineering opinion, or legal, insurance or financial advice. Every roof is different. The only reliable description of your roof and what it needs is a written inspection report and proposal from Pinnacle after we have looked at it.
Estimates, pricing ranges and the payment planner
Price ranges shown on the Site are planning figures based on typical Central Florida projects. They are not offers, quotes or guarantees of price. The monthly payment planner uses example interest rates and terms to help you plan; it is not a credit offer, a prequalification, or a statement of rates available to you. Financing, when available, is provided by third party lenders subject to their own approval and terms. Your actual price is stated only in a written proposal signed by Pinnacle, and the work is governed by that written agreement.
Inspection requests and scheduling
Submitting a form or picking a preferred time on the Site is a request, not a booking. A person from our DeBary office follows up to confirm availability and schedule the visit. Inspections are free and carry no obligation. We may decline or reschedule a request for any reason, including properties outside our service area.
Calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Pinnacle about your request, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Insurance claims
Pinnacle is a licensed roofing contractor, not a public adjuster. We can inspect and document roof damage and provide estimates, but we do not interpret your insurance policy, negotiate your claim, or act on your behalf with your insurer. In keeping with Florida law (section 489.147, Florida Statutes), we do not pay, waive, rebate or absorb insurance deductibles, and we do not offer anything of value in exchange for allowing an inspection or filing a claim.
Referral program
The referral program described on our referral page is subject to the terms stated there, including who is eligible, when a reward is earned, and how it is paid. Pinnacle may change or end the program at any time. Rewards are not earned for insurance funded projects or for referrals that do not result in a completed, paid retail project.
Reviews and third party content
Ratings and review counts shown on the Site reflect public reviews on Google and other platforms at the time they were last updated and change over time. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them. Links to third party websites, including manufacturers, lenders, review platforms and licensing authorities, are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, photographs of our work, the Pinnacle name and logo, and the roof explorer, are owned by Pinnacle or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non commercial use in deciding about roofing work. Any other copying, republishing, scraping or commercial use requires our written permission. Manufacturer names and marks, including TAMKO, belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, impersonate anyone, submit forms on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, interfere with the Site's operation, probe or attack its security, or use automated tools to collect data from it. We may block access to anyone who violates these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle disclaims all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits the warranties stated in a written roofing agreement you sign with Pinnacle, or any manufacturer warranty that applies to products we install.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Pinnacle and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to roofing work performed under a written agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Site and our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
