the facts.
A useful answer explains what depends on your roof, your selected system, and the written proposal.
Do I need a new roof if I have a leak?
A leak does not establish that the whole roof needs replacement. The source, extent of damage, condition of the remaining roof, and repair history all matter. Start with an assessment that explains what was found.
What happens after I request a roof assessment?
Your request gives Pinnacle the details needed to discuss your roof and coordinate the next step. Submitting the form is a request for contact; it does not reserve an appointment time.
How can I compare two roofing proposals?
Compare the complete written scopes: materials, removal, decking provisions, flashing, ventilation where applicable, cleanup, exclusions, and warranty documents. A total price alone cannot show whether two proposals cover the same work.
Can I compare roof materials before choosing?
Yes. Start with your budget, preferred appearance, maintenance expectations, and the options suitable for your property. Ask for the exact product and installation details behind each recommendation.
What should I send with my request?
Your address, contact details, and a short description are a useful start. Existing estimates, roof records, and photos taken safely from the ground can help explain your questions.
Where is Pinnacle Roofing Group based?
Pinnacle Roofing Group is based in DeBary, Florida. Share your project address so the team can confirm service availability for your property.
Does a roof’s age decide whether it needs replacement?
No single age establishes the condition of every roof. Assessment findings, the extent of damage, previous repairs, and the proposed system should support the recommendation.
Can you price my roof from my home’s square footage?
Living area alone is not enough for a project quote. The roof’s measured area, shape, access, materials, and required work affect the scope.
What should be written down before I agree?
The work included, selected materials, price, exclusions, payment requirements, process for additional work, and applicable warranty terms should be clear in the project documents.
Does one leak mean the entire roof is failing?
No. One visible leak needs investigation, but it does not by itself establish a need for full replacement.
Can a repair be matched to my existing roof?
Ask about the exact product, availability, and likely appearance. Existing materials may have weathered, and a repaired area may remain visible.
What if an earlier repair did not solve the problem?
Share the previous scope and any photos. Ask the assessor to explain what this proposal addresses and how that differs from the earlier work.
Is every metal roof a standing seam roof?
No. Metal roofing includes different panel styles and fastening systems. Your proposal should name the exact type.
Does a metal roof need maintenance?
Metal roofs still need appropriate inspection and care. Requirements vary by system, and exposed fasteners need particular attention under the applicable maintenance instructions.
Can I choose metal from a photograph?
Use photos to explore the appearance, then confirm the actual profile, finish, sample, and system proposed for your roof.
