From the first day that they showed up at the house and gave me a quote for the replacement of the roof.and materials to used for the job. They explained in detail the quality of the shingles that they use which are superior to anything out there in the market. They have shown professional and courteous behavior all the time. They have returned all my calls and text messages concerning any questions I had about the work on the roof of the house. They coordinated with me about the day and time they would start and they did show up on time. I’ve had previous companies work on my roof and they have left nails all over my bushes and grass.. not this time With Pinnacle as they collected all nails and debris around the house. Customer service has been a real plus as every time I call I get an answer or someone calls me back the next day with the answer. They are dedicated to doing a great job and they did.
